    1、对科技含量高、产业带动性强、投入产出比高、财政贡献大的工业项目,在土地、电力等紧缺要素方面给予优先安排;对调整和提升产业结构带动性强、销售收入多、税收上缴多、就业岗位多,且用地少、能耗少、污染少的外资企业,重点给予支持。
    2、进入工业园区的工业项目(含县政府审定的企业园),土地审批实际交纳费核定为16.8元/平方米,其中折抵指标调剂成本费核定为13.6元/平方米、土地管理费3.2元/平方米;散装水泥专项资金、新型墙体材料专项基金除上缴省、市部分外,实行先征后退;免收城市基础设施配套费、不可预见费、小区配套费等其他部门规费。
    3、对首付30%以上的入园企业实行“企业土地抵押,政府部门承诺担保”的信贷按揭机制,按揭年限一般在5年以内。
    4、年纳税额在30、50万元以上的企业,按当年度新增税收中留县部分的企业所得税40%、60%,增值税8%、10%拨给企业支持企业发展。
    5、园区企业新建或扩建的厂房,根据房产税的有关规定,确有困难的,经县税务机关审核批准,三年内予以减免房产税。
    6、对帐簿凭证齐全、财务会计核算真实的新办企业,经税务机关审核批准,三年内免征企业所得税。

To the foreign corporations which can give a strong impetus to adjust and elevate industrial structure, can make great selling profit and a lot of taxation, can provide many job posts, cost less land utilization, consume less energy and give little pollution to environments, our county give key support to them.
    2,The actual land verification fee of the industrial projects which have entered the Industrial District, (including the business district had been verified by the government of Yunhe County) is 16.8Yuan/sq m, the cost fee of target adjusting is 13.6 Yuan/sq m, the fee of land managing is 3.2 Yuan/sq m; our county first impose the special funds of bulk cement and modern wall material, which subtracting the funds need to be turned over to the provincial and municipal level, then return the funds to corporations, the city infrastructure auxiliary fee, unpredictable fee, or other fee of various departments such as residential quarters auxiliary fee is free.
    3,Yunhe County carries out the credit instalment mechanism, which companies use land to mortgage and departments of government promise to guarantee, the mechanism targets are the companies that have paid 30% of total investment. And the instalment period is less than 5 years.
    4,To the enterprises which their corporate income tax is above 300 thousand or 500 thousand Yuan RMB, according to the revenue of the county of the newly-increased tax annually, 40%、60% of the corporate income tax, 8%、10% of the value-added tax will be given back to the enterprises for supporting their development.
    5,to the newly built and extended factory workshop according to the related stipulation of house property tax, the house property tax can be exempted within 3 years if the factories really have difficulty in operation and have got the check and ratification of the tax department.
